Abstract

The World Wide Web has drastically changed the communication system and continuous growth of population as a communication system, and the web can give information globally and constantly. The primary objective of this project, design and implementation of an improved Emzor pharmaceutical website is to improve on and give the organization a structure to be able to reach the world, so as to sell their product (drug and medical consumables) online and answer frequently asked questions from customers. Web development of this nature finds useful application on other sector of economy, hospital, etc. They facilitate and reduce cost and also provide a forum where information, ideas on recent technical advancement and business prospects, can be effective. The new system was designed using Microsoft ASP.NET and HTML programming language. This language was chosen because of its wealth of class libraries and features for developing online based applications.
