THE LEGAL GROUP – FREELANCE ATTORNEY GROUP SYSTEM

ABSTRACT

Legal Group is a worldwide network of experienced freelance/contract lawyers, who are all examined and carefully selected with checking their educational and personal information documents out of thousands of applicants by admin.
This project helps to registered user to find out the appropriate lawyer for their case and send their request to that lawyer for solution. Approved Lawyers also able to see the various cases available and can show their interest for fighting case by sending request to that User. Registered user can add different cases with details. Lawyer can able to see the personal details of user once user accepted the lawyer request. Admin manages both lawyer details as well as user details. Online payment option available to user once the case is finaliased.

There are three entities can access the system i.e. admin, lawyer and user.

• Admin manages the whole system by performing task such as approve newly registered lawyer, view cases added by the registered users and also view registered users details as well as edit or delete the user.
• User needto register with the basic registration details and need to create a valid login id and password in order to login into their account.
• After successful login, user can add new case by filling up the details.
• User can also search for a lawyer where all the details of the lawyer will be mentioned and with the help of details, a user can request a lawyer to fight his/her case.
• Lawyers can access their account after admin had reviewed and approved their registration.
• Lawyers can view and study the cases submitted by the user’s and also can request user to fight their case. They can also accept the case request received from a user.
• Similarly, users can view request from the lawyer who wants to fight the case and accept or reject the request.
• Both lawyer and user can send feedback to admin my mentioning the working of system or by raising an issue.
• Admin can view feedback received from the registered users and lawyers.

INTRODUCTION

• Background

The majority of people would prefer to never have to go through the process of hiring a lawyer because it entails a significant financial investment in having someone else defend your interests by making sure that whatever goal you hired them to pursue is successfully completed. It is always important to be aware of the nature of the legal issue one desires to employ counsel for because this usually helps to choose the type of counsel to seek.

The Legal Group – Freelance Attorney Group System is a platform for legal services designed to address the issue that existed in the previous system, where both search parties were restricted to asking their friends and family for recommendations of a good attorney when they needed one for a similar situation. The search parties have long been at the mercy of attorneys without subject-matter competence in the filed lawsuit as a result of this way of asking for recommendations for a suitable lawyer.

To address the aforementioned issue of ineffective legal representation, this system provides the public with access to the online profiles of lawyers (Barristers and Solicitors), allowing them to compare the profiles and make a more informed decision about the attorney who will best serve their needs.

• Statement of the Problem

Over time, those who want to be properly represented in court have restricted their search to asking others for legal recommendations. Usually, this is because they previously encountered a problem that necessitated the services of a lawyer. Therefore, the current system for hiring a lawyer could be referred to as the “manual system,” where both the appellants and the respondents go from house to house looking for legal representation. This, in most cases, usually results in a poor representation as they frequently end up getting a lawyer who is unskilled.

The objectives of this study is to design a Legal Group – Freelance Attorney Group System. These objectives will be easier to accomplish with a platform like this running

• Save the time and money appellants and respondents spend looking for legal counsel.
• Provide equal opportunity for justice nomination for respondents and appellants by making the profiles of attorneys readily accessible to both groups.
• Develop a justice system that is more open and interactive.
  • Significance of the Study

The advantages of this work include:

• It will assist ensure that appellants and respondents pick an advocate who best suits their needs;
• It will save time and money by preventing the need to spend close to a month looking for a qualified lawyer.
• There is potential for comparison because the users’ choices may be compared when the lawyers’ profiles are made public.

This study intends to design an online Legal Group – Freelance Attorney Group System. The Legal Group – Freelance Attorney Group System will affect all areas of life where the rule of law is relevant as well as other activities that posit and call for the application of legal knowledge and expertise that follow legal procedure.
