ABSTRACT

This project is titled design and construction of wireless load controller by GSM. Wireless load controller by GSM is an electronics gadget designed to automatically regulate and controls the rotational speed of a hydro electric generator system by adding or deducting an array of dummy loads which is to be controlled and monitored with GSM. The procedure ensures a stabilized voltage and frequency output for the user using handset.
This project consists of a micro-controller P89C51RD2 or 8051 , KEYPAD and Motors, The motors are interfaced with each other forming an arm of a robot which are further interfaced to a keypad, The total setup is interfaced to a micro-controller which consists of operating instructions (codes), these are the instructions used to control the motion of the motors in forward and backward directions in steps, this instructions are written in a specific coding language which are constructed using a developing tool.
The aim of this project is to design & develop the wireless load controller by the GSM. GSM controller is a low cost solution to Remote Control and Monitoring via your mobile phone. It has 2 relay outputs and 4 contact closure inputs. Outputs can be used to control lighting, central heating boiler, pumps etc and the inputs can be connected to thermostats, security sensors and flood detectors.
