Hypotheses 1 and 3 were accepted while hypothesis 2 was not accepted. The study found statistically significant positive relationship between organizational commitment and job satisfaction (r = .248, n = 167, p = .001); the mean difference of Job satisfaction was statistically significantly lower (3.53 + 0.29) when there was no human capital development compared to when there was human capital development (4.27 + 0.19), t(62) = -12.315, p = 0.013. Therefore, pharmacists who engage in human capital development will have higher job satisfaction than those who do not. The mean difference of organizational commitment was statistically significantly higher (4.82 + 0.54) when there was no human capital development compared to when there was human capital development (4.27 + 0.19), t(65) = -6.157, p < 0005.
