In Nigeria, the need to foster positive moral values among the younger generation is of paramount importance as it shapes their behavior, attitudes, and decision-making processes. This abstract highlights the significance of guidance and counseling techniques in inculcating moral values in Nigerian youth.

This study examines the role of guidance and counseling techniques in promoting moral values among Nigerian youth. It explores the challenges faced by the Nigerian youth in adopting and internalizing moral values within their cultural context. Furthermore, it investigates the potential benefits of incorporating guidance and counseling techniques to address these challenges and foster ethical development.
