REFLECTIVE MATERIALS AS SCULPTURE MEDIA FOR STUDIO EXPERIMENT

 

PREFACE

This project discusses how reflective materials could be used to make visual statement. The five chapters of this work collectively address issues that borders on reflection and critical thinking exploring physical materials that have reflective significance.

Chapter one establishes the background on which the study is built upon. Also the chapter features the studio problems, objectives and significance of the exploration. Chapter two of the project solely focuses on the review of related literature, while chapter three discusses in details the methodology, which explains the stage by stage studio technique that produced the visual works of the project. Chapter four is where the materials, its sources and the stools used in producing the works were discussed. While chapter five analyses the works produced during the studio experiment. In this chapter, the physical form of each work was analyzed in detail. Chapter six contains the images and analyses of the project work under my bedspread and the conclusion of the whole project.
