Abstract:
This case study aims to present an approach towards plant placement and production in a greenfield, focusing on optimizing resource allocation, minimizing environmental impact, and maximizing operational efficiency. The study is based on a real-world scenario of establishing a new manufacturing plant in a previously undeveloped area.
