Sports performance is influenced by various factors, and one important aspect is the playing surface on which the sport is conducted. This study aims to examine the effects of different playing surfaces on sports performance across various sports, including soccer, tennis, basketball, and athletics. The analysis considers the impact of playing surfaces on athlete biomechanics, injury rates, physiological responses, and overall performance outcomes.
