Abstract:
This study aims to investigate the relationship between principals' organizing efficiency and teachers' effectiveness in senior secondary schools in Adamawa State, Nigeria. Effective school management plays a crucial role in creating a conducive learning environment and enhancing student achievement. Principals, as instructional leaders, have the responsibility to organize and manage school resources effectively to support teachers' effectiveness and overall school performance.

The research design employed for this study is a correlational research design. The target population consists of principals and teachers in senior secondary schools in Adamawa State. A sample size of participants will be selected using a stratified random sampling technique. Data will be collected through surveys and interviews, using validated instruments to assess principals' organizing efficiency and teachers' effectiveness.

The collected data will be analyzed using appropriate statistical techniques, including correlation analysis and regression analysis, to examine the relationship between principals' organizing efficiency and teachers' effectiveness. The findings will provide insights into the extent to which principals' organizational skills and practices influence teachers' effectiveness in senior secondary schools.

The study's expected outcomes may reveal a positive correlation between principals' organizing efficiency and teachers' effectiveness, indicating that effective school management practices positively impact teachers' performance. Additionally, the results may identify specific organizational factors that significantly contribute to teachers' effectiveness, such as effective resource allocation, supportive leadership, professional development opportunities, and collaborative decision-making processes.

The implications of this study are significant for educational policymakers, school administrators, and teachers in Adamawa State, Nigeria. Findings from this research can guide the development of professional development programs for principals and teachers, focusing on enhancing organizational skills, instructional leadership, and effective resource management. Furthermore, the study's outcomes may inform policy decisions aimed at improving the overall quality of education in senior secondary schools in Adamawa State.

In conclusion, this research will contribute to the existing literature by exploring the relationship between principals' organizing efficiency and teachers' effectiveness in senior secondary schools in Adamawa State, Nigeria. The findings will provide valuable insights into the factors that influence teachers' performance and contribute to the enhancement of educational practices and policies in the region.
