Abstract:
The role of school administrators is crucial in ensuring the effective management and overall improvement of secondary schools. However, in Sokoto State, Nigeria, there is a pressing need to enhance the effectiveness of school administrators through targeted capacity building programs. This abstract highlights the significance of managing school administrators' effectiveness and the potential benefits of implementing capacity building programs in secondary schools of Sokoto State.
The study aims to explore the impact of capacity building programs on enhancing the effectiveness of school administrators in Sokoto State. It will investigate the current challenges faced by school administrators and identify areas where capacity building interventions can be most effective. The research will employ a mixed-methods approach, including surveys, interviews, and observations, to gather comprehensive data.
The findings of this study will contribute to the existing body of knowledge by providing empirical evidence on the effectiveness of capacity building programs for school administrators in Sokoto State.
