ABSTRACT

This research project aims to explore the pedagogical skills required for effective online teaching and learning in polytechnics. The study seeks to identify the essential competencies and strategies that educators need to possess to facilitate engaging and successful online learning experiences in polytechnic institutions.

A mixed-methods research design will be employed, combining surveys, interviews, and observation of online teaching practices.
